Cláudio has conquered his 148th Golf Course this morning, this time in Dubai, United
Arab Emirates. The course is classic PGA type, large ondulated greens, plenty of
water and bunkers all over the fairways and alongside greens.
Considering the high umidity and temperature (more than 45 Celsius at day time),
they organize two shot guns at week-ends: one at 8 in the morning and another one
at 1:30 pm. Cláudio did'nt know about this and was lucky enough to arrive ten minutes
before 8 a.am. and was designated to start at the 13th hole, with two new friendos,
both from england and working at the oil business for some years in Dubai.
After 4 hours playing under the warmest environment, a birdie at the 4th and four
more pars and only one triple bogey, Cláudio was delighted with a enormous glass
of beer and a steak sandwich at the club house and started to think about his Turma
do Dudo who would star to play at Clube de Campo only 6 hours from that time.
